I have worked with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, addictions, domestic violence situations, relationship concerns, trauma and emotion regulation struggles. My passion is helping you to see your strengths and watching you grow into your true self.
In my fee time, I love spending time with my husband and two amazing children. If I am not working, you will find me dreaming about traveling, spending quality time with friends and family or curled up with a really great book.
